AVAC Hawk Hoops

AVAC/Hawk Hoops club team is located in Garden Grove, Ca. All team practices are located at the Map Sports Facility (12552 Western Ave), which is a 8 court basketball facility. Our HawkHoops chapter currently have 20 different teams ages 7-14. When highschool season is in we have additional 7 to 8 teams. We have developmental teams as well that compete in the ALLEY OOP developmental league once per week and other teams that compete in high level local weekend tournaments twice each month, with practice twice per week. Our teams also travel to play in tournaments and participate in events in Arizona, Kansas City, Vegas, San Diego, Oregon just to name a few.

Program director and founder is Juaquin Hawkins (Coach Hawk) who has played professional basketball for 14 years which consist of playing in 5 different countries (Japan, China, Australia, Taiwan and Philippines) and in the NBA with the Houston Rockets. He also attended Long Beach State University. AVAC/Hawk Hoops coaches consist of current highschool coaches, or coaches who are knowledgeable and have either played in college or on a professional level.

$175/monthly youth club fee each month (8u-14u) Two practice each week.
